Information Regarding the Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and these were delivered together;

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), have taken possession of the last item, if you ordered several goods in a single order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do this by sending an email to: AEM95group@gmail.com.
You may use the withdrawal form template provided below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have:

  • received the returned goods, or

  • you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

  • for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, and which can be delivered only after 30 days, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations;

  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

  • for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;

  • for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
