What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package will then be prepared for shipment.
2. Shipping time

All delivery times are excluding possible customs delays. Please note that during busy periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year), delivery may take longer.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping.
This includes insurance against theft, loss, or damage of the package during transport.
Where is my package?
After shipment, customers will receive an email with a tracking number.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
My tracking number doesn’t work
It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
If there is still no update after a few days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
